Fresh pressed sweet apple cider, Butter, Cream, Sugar, Cinnamon, Sea Salt
By using our own apple cider reduction and adding it to cream, sugar and butter, we have whipped up an incredible delicious “apple intensive” caramel. Truly addictive!
Fresh Pressed Apple Juice
Our fresh apple juice is pressed here on the orchard. We blend 5 different varieties of apples to achieve a perfect balance of fresh apple sweetness and fresh apple tang.
Our apple juice is UV treated for pasteurization so none of the great apple flavour that nature gave our cider is compromised.
